Yes. Self wash stations are first come, first served. For grooming and boarding, we take appointments. Call ahead to be sure we have space.

For self wash, bring nothing—we have everything. For boarding and daycare, bring food if your dog eats something special, any medications, and a favorite toy if it helps them settle.

It depends on the dog and what needs grooming. We move at your pup's pace to reduce their stress.

We've worked with plenty of dogs who came in nervous or stubborn. Patience and experience go a long way. Talk to us about your dog's temperament when you call.

If your pup does not like the blow dryer, we use a kennel dryer. Also, while the pup is waiting to be picked up. "Cager-Free" sounds good, but we prefer to ensure your pup is kept safe from the other pups while waiting.
